becoming a model and movie star. A Research Associate from Bangalore, Prabhu's
fate took a positive turn through the brand's month long Facebook contest 'Try,
click, like, share and win'. This exclusive brand of men's casuals' apparel
especially inspired by music and tailor made for young men had introduced the
online contest for fashionistas and street smart stylos. The winner would walk
the ramp as showstopper for Blumerq's in their exclusive ever stylist and
Spring Summer' 14 collection and share the stage with Kumar Sanu, one of the
most popular and leading voice of Indian Bollywood music industry.
Prabhu's interest to meet Kumar Sanu and passion to
transform his dream into reality made him win the contest which also led him to
walk the ramp for Blumerq, unveiling its Spring Summer' 14 collection. Prabhu
couldn't believe how quickly things changed for him. While he was trying to
absorb the first installment of his dream of becoming a model, within a week's
time, he was offered a lead role in a Telugu movie.
A determinant and dreamer by heart, Prabhu opines "This
transformation from a scientist to Model and now on the verge of becoming a
lead actor was a mere happenstance for me. I have always been inclined towards
fashion and perceive it as an accessory to my personality. Truly life is
beautiful when your dreams come true but to make them true you have to believe
in life and walk ahead".
