If you believe you have the creative edge, here is your
chance to showcase your talent to the world! Blackberrys men’s apparel in
association with SEA’s leading creative crowdsourcing platform, Talenthouse
India has launched a contest, which invites creative rendition of Blackberrys
theme Go Sharp for the upcoming Autumn Winter Collection. The contest that’s
live now will close on 6th June 2014.
The contest invites participants from across the globe to
present their ideas to reinvent “go sharp” which should connote fashion. While
the brand’s previous campaigns have used the visual devices of “slash”, “sharp
geometric objects” to visually articulate “sharp”, with this contest they seek
a fresh creative perspective to articulate sharp which is decoded as
"sharp" and "fashion" without being too difficult or
indirect to decipher same.
The winner apart from being associated with a leading brand
like Blackberrys, will get an award sum of USD 3000. The first and the second
runners up will be rewarded with USD 1000 respectively.
Mr. Yogesh Tiwari, VP, Marketing & Sales, Blackberrys
said, “As a leading premium menswear fashion brand our constant aim is to
connect to our target audience in innovative ways. Talenthouse India brought to
us a very interesting idea to crowdsource creative rendition of our core
positioning ‘Go Sharp’ and in a way support the young creative community. We
are looking forward to receiving some fantastic ideas that can go onto become
the part of our Autumn Winter 2014 campaign communication.”
Commenting on the launch of the contest, Mr. Arun Mehra,
CEO, Talenthouse India said, “Blackberrys is a leading fashion brand and we are
proud of our association with them. Sharp, Edgy, Aspiration, Cool and
Innovative are some terms that aptly represent Brand Blackberrys and are also
strong personality traits of today’s urban youth who are bursting with
creativity. We are optimistic that this association will present some out of
the box ideas to the brand and provide a reputed platform for the country’s
creative artists to showcase their talent”.
