Miss Venezuela Gabriela Isler crowned as Miss Universe 2013

It was high time for Venezuelan beauty Gabriela Isler, when she was crowned as the Miss Universe 2013 at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia on November 9, 2013 which left all the Venezuelans once again.

With this win of Maria Gabriela, Venezuela made it for the sixth time when it won a Miss Universe title leaving the countrymen proud once again.

The 25 year old, left behind finalists from Spain, Brazil, Ecuador and the Philippines to take the crown in its 61st edition. Moreover, Gabriela Isler won the coveted Miss Universe title after beating 85 other contenders from across the world.

The 5-foot, 10-inch beautiful Maria was crowned with the Miss Universe 2013 crown by Miss Universe 2012, Olivia Culpo of the United States.

Manasi Moghe, who was representing India for the beauty pageant lost the run for the Miss Universe 2013 crown but somehow managed to make her position in the top ten.

With this, the Indian drought to win a beauty pageant continued for India for the 13^th year as the last an Indian won the Miss Universe title was Lara Dutta in 2000.
