Fashion Week 2013 organised by
FIDé Fashion Weeks returns to The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands in its biggest
and boldest showcase yet, with South Korean superstar and fashion icon G-Dragon
and Victoria’s Secret super model Barbara Palvin gracing the event this month.
South Korean
superstar, G-Dragon, will be performing live in Singapore in a private showcase
of his hit songs at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre Hall F, 12
October at 4.30 pm. Presented by MCM and Fide Fashion Weeks, tickets to the
showcase are priced at S$120 for standard tickets[1] and S$1,000 for VIP
tickets which are limited to only 20 tickets and include a meet and greet with
G-Dragon. Tickets go on sale today.
Leader of South Korean band BIG BANG, Kwon Ji Young, better
known by stage name G-Dragon, will make a roaring appearance at Fashion Week
2013 that will run at Marina Bay Sands starting 9 October. The addition of
G-Dragon to the dazzling line-up of celebrities to Fashion Week this year will make
it the most glamorous and celebrity-topped Fashion Weeks held at Marina Bay
Sands to date.
Joining him is
Hungarian fashion Victoria’s Secret super model and actress Barbara Palvin.
Having been on the cover of L'Officiel, Vogue Russia, Glamour Hungary and
Jalouse Magazine, the 20-year-old has also modelled for Armani Exchange,
H&M, Victoria's Secret, and Pull and Bear. Palvin will be a sight to behold
at the runway as she adorns couture from the east and the west at Fashion Week
2013.
The duo will join the line-up of international celebrities
who will be attending the 11-day extravaganza organised by FIDé Fashion Weeks,
including South Korean actor and vocalist Sung Hoon and Shin Woo, South Korean
superstar RAIN, Los Angeles fashion stylist Jeannie Mai, American fashion model
Alex Minsky and regional Thai-American hosts UTT and Taya Rogers.
Fashion Week 2013,
the highly-anticipated world-class fashion event, will take place from 9 to 19
October this year and will feature over 30 inspiring presentations of the
latest season’s Men’s and Women’s Prêt-à-Porter and Couture labels that will
glitz up Asia’s fashion scene.
