Firoz A Nadiadwala’s Welcome Back starring John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor and Paresh Rawal that went on floors a month ago,has already started to make news thanks to the elaborate set constructed for the film’s very first song.
The song in question is lead John Abraham’s introductory song in the film and was shot in a popular suburban studio on a grand scale to the tune of an approximate 3 crores.
Confirming the news says producer Firoz A Nadiadwala, “ Anees bhai wanted to do something special with the song.He and Anu Malik have worked extremely hard on it and wanted it to be shot in an elaborate manner.Right from the beginning we had planned to shoot John’s introductory song on a grand scale. We had 700 junior artists and dancers and the song was shot for over 7 days”.
Helmed by director Anees Bazmee ,who also directed the first installment of the franchise,the out-and-out entertainer promises to have audiences laughing off their seats with signature dialogues,great performances,some never-seen-before locales and an amusing narrative that will have you hooked on.
Produced by Firoz A Nadiadwala,Welcome Back directed by Anees Bazmee is scheduled to release 2014.
